Gas Sector
The situation with natural gas supply to chemical enterprises is very poor. Consumers and gas suppliers offer different ways for solving the problem of feed stock. Suppliers suggest to reduce the specific consumption of natural gas by chemical enterprises, while the consumers propose to change the rules of natural gas delivery and the pricing policy. All market players, however, agree that the market of natural gas must be de-monopolized.
